Poetry under pressure

One issue, one rule. This is, in short, what Locus Versus is about.

The core idea behind the project is to create a space where language experimentation is the norm. Gathering and promoting poets who push the boundaries of creation towards increasing levels of constraints.

Why use constraint in poetry?
Because freedom is too large a space to think clearly in.
Because limitation sharpens what remains.
Because language, when pressed, starts to show its grain.

The first issue begins with the monovocal in A — a poem written using only the vowel A, and no others.
